The wait is over, at least for the first part of the waiting. Full sails!
The National Hockey League, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Boston Bruins have revealed the 2026 NHL Stadium Series logo, which is deeply rooted in Tampa’s rich history and culture. The primary logo, featuring blue and orange colors, is displayed on a classic cartoon-like sea chart, with some waves and palms gently highlighting the scene. It looks neat and fantastic.
Gasparilla Style
The Stadium Series game perfectly fits into Tampa’s Gasparilla Festivities. So, it’s no surprise that the event’s theme will encompass everything related to hockey, pirates, ships, cannons, palms, and lots of colorful beads.
The 107th Gasparilla Invasion and Parade of the Pirates will take place in Tampa on Saturday, Jan.31, 2026. According to the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, the annual celebration attracts about 300,000 people. Sunday will become an extension of the annual festival. While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ home isn’t set to host that many fans, it will open its doors for at least 65,657 spectators. The football stadium itself expands to 75,000 for concerts. It even hosted a pre-season MLS derby between the Inter Miami and Orlando City clubs. The NHL’s organizers will have to rearrange seating, build a removable ice surface, install conditioning systems, and stage for the highly anticipated NHL game.
Currently, SeatGeek offers a range of ticket options, from $246 in Section 343 to the highest price of $1,104 in ROW N near Section 134. Surely, the event will attract many celebrities, including Tom Brady, who resides in Florida.
