The Tampa Bay Lightning have selected Warren Clark with 179th overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft.
Warren Clark
Clark, 18, played for the Steinbach Pistons of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League last season. A sneaky find for the Lightning, Clark put up big numbers as a defenseman. The Ontario native led defensemen on the Pistons in points with 38 points in 55 games. Next year he will play college hockey for St. Cloud State University.
Only ranked in the NHL Central Scouting, Clark is a wild card that could pan out into something special. His offensive production stands out as one of the strong aspects to his game. Next year will be the test though as he takes his game to the next level.
