The Heat started the Vegas summer league with a win vs. the Boston Celtics. Orlando Robinson dropped 12 points and eight rebounds, proving he was the biggest sleeper in the draft.
The Heat will go up against the Hawks, another woefully undersized team. They possess a plethora of guards like Sharife Cooper, a second-year guard out of Auburn, which will cause fits for the Heat on the perimeter. But if the Heat can contain the duo of Cooper and James Akinjo and let Robinson do his thing in the paint, I don’t see how the Heat won’t dominate this game.

The second pick is another player prop for the Marlins. Garrett Cooper just got nominated for his first all-star game, and the Marlins are playing the lowly Pirates. It should be a feel-good moment for Cooper, who’s been hitting .299 and over .300 for most of the year. I think he’ll be able to rattle off a couple of hits today as the Marlins bounce back from yesterday’s tough loss. The pick here is for Garrett Cooper to get over 1.5 total bases.
