The Jacksonville Jaguars Aren’t Afraid to Compete

The Jacksonville Jaguars are showing that they are ready to compete. Money is being spent, talent is increasing, and most importantly, confidence is growing.

New head coach Doug Pederson has brought in a new WR1. The Jaguars will reportedly give Christian Kirk a four-year deal, worth up to $84 million. Kirk is a talented wide receiver, and now the first big name wide receiver to come off the free agent market.

Jacksonville signed another wide receiver, Zay Jones, to three-year deal worth up to $30M, with $24M guaranteed.

Former New York Jets defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi is headed to Jacksonville on a three-year, $30-million pact, his agents told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

Also, Jacksonville is bolstering its defense with the addition of former Atlanta Falcons linebacker Foye Oluokun on a three-year, $45-million contract, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
