Gardner Minshew Traded To Eagles

The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded quarterback Gardner Minshew to the Philadelphia Eagles for a conditional sixth-round pick.

The sixth-round pick could go to a fifth if Minshew plays in 50-percent of the plays in three games this season.

Minshew will now compete with Joe Flacco for the backup job behind QB Jalen Hurts.

  • QB’s C. J. Beathard and Jake Luton have moved up on the Jaguars’ depth chart.
