Tests results today revealed that Jacksonville Jaguars’ rookie RB Travis Etienne suffered a mid-foot sprain. Etienne will undergo surgery to fix his foot and likely end his season.

Etienne, 22, was drafted by Jacksonville with the No. 25 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. The 5’10” running back was the ACC Player of the Year in 2018 and 2019. James Robinson and Carlos Hyde are now Jacksonville’s lead backs. Dare Ogunbowale and Devine Ozigbo will also get some work.
