Free agent F Markieff Morris is finalizing a one-year deal with the Miami Heat.

Morris, 31, averaged 6.7 PPG, 4.4 RPG, and 1.2 APG in 61 games last season for the Los Angeles Lakers. The former NBA Champion also shot 40.5% from the field and 31.1% from three-point range.
Overall, Morris adds size and spacing to a tough Miami Heat squad as well as decent three-point shooting.
