The New York Rangers have acquired forward Barclay Goodrow from Tampa Bay in exchange for a 7th-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft.

Barclay Goodrow, 28, was set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 28th. However, the 28-year-old will now join New York.
Goodrow has played in over 300 career NHL games and will add much-needed playoff experience. Goodrow is also a reliable forward who can change the dynamic of New York’s lineup.
Last season, Goodrow had 20 points (six goals) in 56 games.
