Florida’s Road to the College World Series

The Florida Gators look to extend their season as they crawl into the 2021 College Baseball World Series. With the help of some home-field advantage and some hot bats, the Gators hope to stay electric and achieve a national championship.

Florida Gators This Year

Teams all across the nation have been ecstatic to get the opportunity to re-write their stories this season. The Florida Gators have done just this as they have earned a 38-20 overall record. Along with this record, the Gators have maintained a top ten ranking for most of the year. Players like ace pitcher Tommy Mace and outfielder Jud Fabian have led the way as the Gators have erased many opponents this year.

Being a 2021 draft prospect, Tommy Mace has been able to hold up that standard as he has achieved an outstanding 6-1 record while maintaining an earned run average just over four. Along with Mace, the Florida Gators have found great success in outfielder Jud Fabian. Fabian has kept a steady batting average of around .250 while carrying an on base percentage of .375.
