Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bucks Stymie Magic

Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 27 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and three steals to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 114-102 victory over the visiting Orlando Magic on Tuesday night.

Recap

Bucks

Milwaukee had a well-balanced attack all game as the Bucks (44-25) won for the sixth time in the past seven games. Donte DiVincenzo scored 19 points and Brook Lopez added 17 points. Also, Bobby Portis had a season-high 15 rebounds, one shy of a career-high.

Magic

Despite the loss, Cole Anthony scored 18 points and Moritz Wagner registered 17 points and a season-high 13 rebounds. In addition, Gary Harris scored 14 points, Chasson Randle added 12 and R.J. Hampton had 11 for the Magic. Wendell Carter Jr. also had a team-high 14 rebounds. However, it wasn’t enough for Orlando (21-48), a team that has lost four straight games and 17 of its past 21.

“It was a lot more fun today,” Wagner said. “We competed, I think, as a unit. Regardless of what team it is, you’ve got to come out ready every day. I think we did that today. Great effort. Did a lot of good things, defensively especially.”
