Sergei Bobrovsky and the Florida Panthers shutout the Chicago Blackhawks 4-0 on Thursday night.
With the win, the Panthers continue to maintain a strong lead in the Atlantic. They are now only one game behind the Colorado Avalanche for first in the NHL.

The first period was mostly quiet. However, Aleksander Barkov scored the game’s first goal, his team leading 30th goal of the year.
In the second period, Ryan Lomberg, who had just been moved to Florida’s second line, scored a wrister to double the Panthers lead. Later on in the frame, Gustav Forsling scored his third goal of the season to make it 3-0.
In the third period, captain Aleksander Barkov scored his second goal of the game to extend the Panthers lead to 4-0, which was the final score.
Veteran goalie Sergei Bobrovsky was unstoppable, stopping all 37 shots with a save percentage of 1.000. In a losing effort, Collin Deila went 40-44 with a save percentage of .909.
