FL Teams and Jaguars Analyst Kiran Goklani gives you his latest Jacksoville Jaguars Mock Draft

Round 1, Pick 1

Clemson's Trevor Lawrence misses chance at second national title - Sportsnet.ca

QB Trevor Lawrence, Clemson

This pick is a no brainer, as Trevor Lawrence is the best QB prospect since Andrew Luck, and maybe even Peyton Manning. Lawrence possesses all the skills to be a franchise QB, and will be the face of the Jacksonville Jaguars for years to come. Lawrence will come in and already have talent at the wide receiver position with young guys like DJ Chark and Laviska Shenault, and a very good ground game, with James Robinson carrying the load. The Jaguars will also be bringing in a new coach, to help develop Lawrence after firing HC Doug Marrone.

Round 1, Pick 21

Alex Leatherwood - Football - University of Alabama Athletics

OT Alex Leatherwood, Alabama

Leatherwood had a great season at Alabama this year, and could help stabilize a pretty bad Jaguars O-Line. He is 6’6 312 lbs, and was one of the best left tackles in college football this year. He is talented and could provide great protection for Trevor Lawrence. Leatherwood was also named a 2020 AP All-American. He can overpower defensive linemen, and could almost instantly start for the Jaguars.

Round 2, Pick 33

2021 NFL Draft: What to know about Rondale Moore after Purdue receiver opts out of 2020 season - CBSSports.com

WR Rondale Moore, Purdue

The Jaguars would give Trevor Lawrence another threat, if they take Rondale Moore, a talented WR from Purdue. Moore would add to a stacked young Jags WR core, with him, DJ Chark, and Laviska Shenault. He has tons of speed and likely would play in the slot. While the WR position isn’t a big need, it could be hard for the Jaguars to pass on this kind of talent, and another weapon for your rookie QB. There have been some concerns with injuries, but when he’s healthy he is a game changer. He especially adds to a fast and physical group of receivers.

Round 2, Pick 45

S Jevon Holland, Oregon

Jevon Holland 2019 Oregon Highlights - YouTubeThe Jaguars are in desperate need of some help at Safety and they can pick it up here, by selecting Jevon Holland. Holland has great ball skills and athleticism and if all of his skills transfer to the next level he could be a star at Safety for the Jaguars. Holland is also very versatile and can cover many positions. There are various ranges for where he could go in the draft, and if he’s here when the Jaguars make this selection, Holland would be a good pick to help their secondary. He also opted out this year, so we didn’t get to see him on the field in 2020, but he’s shown what he’s capable of.

Round 3, Pick 65

Kirby Smart: Georgia CB Tyson Campbell was available to play at Florida

CB Tyson Campbell, Georgia

Besides CJ Henderson, the Jaguars are a mess at cornerback, and they could really use Campbell, who had a good year at Georgia. Campbell is an outside CB and could be a good CB2 next to CJ Henderson. Campbell possesses length and speed, which makes him hard to beat on routes. He is athletic and good in press coverage as well.
